How can your Client Success Manager assist you?
Whether you are a seasoned Bacon client or the new guy on the block, you have a dedicated Bacon expert at your fingertips! You should have been introduced to your Client Success Manager when your Bacon journey began, but if you do not know who your CSM is, please reach out to our support team and they will get you connected. Your CSM can help you strategize your staffing goals, expand in other areas of your organization, craft posts that will attract top-notch workers, obtain high fill rates, and train you and your team on all functions of the app.
Who is verifying time while you are out of town?
Do you need to add users to your team and get them trained to verify time while you are away? Or maybe you just want to have them take some of the administrative duties off of your hands? Check out the video below and give all or just a few administrative permissions to your team members through our Team feature! If you have questions regarding this feature, feel free to reach out to your Client Success Manager! They will be more than happy to help.
- Give administrative access to your co-workers → Teams
What if a worker shows up who is not listed on the shift?
- We advise that you DO NOT accept a worker that has not been accepted to a shift.
- You may turn a worker away WITHOUT penalty if you do not see them on your sign-in sheet or on the app as an accepted worker.
- If a worker is not listed on the shift, they are not covered under our Worker's Compensation Policy.
Please contact your Client Success Manager if you need help adding a worker before the start of your shift.
Reminder about our Late Cancellation Policy
Want to avoid late cancellation fees? It’s simple!
- Do not cancel a shift within 12 hours of the shift’s start time
- Do not remove an approved worker within 12 hours of the shift’s start time
- Do not turn away an accepted worker on the job site that is dressed appropriately and meets the requirements of the shift.
Our late cancellation fee is equal to 25% of the shift’s posted amount or $30.00, whichever is greater. You’ll also lose your preferred company discount if you have a late cancellation.
If you need to cancel a shift or remove an approved worker within the 12-hour window due to an emergency, please contact your Client Success Manager so they have the opportunity to help you avoid the fees! You can read more about our Late Cancellation Policy here.
Need to change your payment method to a credit card, but not auto-pay?
