Happy New Year! Have you made your resolutions yet? Most people set in motion an exercise routine or a diet plan, but we hope you are on a strict Bacon diet for the entire year because everything is better with Bacon!
As one of our New Year's resolutions, we would like to understand our customers better so that we can be a better partner to you. We would also like for our customers to be well-educated on how to utilize the platform to the best of your ability. With that being said, here are some helpful tips to set you up for success this year.
Utilize Your Client Success Manager
Whether you are a seasoned Bacon client or a freshly cooked Bacon client, the best way to get familiar with our platform and policies is to lean on your Client Success Manager. They are here to help answer your questions, direct you on how to best fill your shifts, and educate you on all the features you can utilize. They can look over your posted shifts and help you create shifts that are as attractive to workers as possible. Lastly, they are your point of contact when something comes up on your shifts that you need help with. Take advantage of their knowledge and expertise. You won’t regret it!
Code for Workers to Check In and Out
We understand that when your shift starts it is crucial to know which workers are present. Our check-in code feature helps ensure the workers who signed up for your shift are actually there. Once workers arrive, they will no longer be able to check-in from your parking lot. They will be directed to the shift manager who will give them a live check-in code. The workers will have to check out doing the same thing. If you are interested in using this feature on your shifts, please contact your CSM and they will set up your account and explain how it works.
Sign-in Sheets are Available for Each of Your Shifts
Did you know that to better track your workers you can print sign-in sheets before any shift starts? It's a great tool to help you stay organized and avoid any discrepancies!

Are your Bacon Contacts up to Date?
Here at Bacon, it is our priority to ensure proper training and communication are implemented in our relationship with your organization. If your internal staff has changed, or you have added members to your team that assists with Bacon, please share their name, phone number, and email with your Customer Success Manager.
