We’re evolving the criteria for our Preferred Customer Discount to further appreciate and acknowledge clients who consistently honor their payment commitments. Starting December 27, 2023, you will receive a 5% discount on your invoice if you submit invoice payment on or before the invoice due date.
Verify each worker’s time and rate all workers on their performance within 24 hours of the shift end time.

Verifying quickly and submitting your invoices on time will allow the workers to be paid efficiently. This means they will be more likely to sign up for a shift with you again! Companies who verify quickly tend to have higher fill rates, and in turn, higher satisfaction.
Submitting your invoices on time keeps you from accumulating late fees. Late fees are applied to display how important it is to us to be efficient and reliable.

Starting December 27, 2023, all invoices must be paid by their due dates to qualify for the discount.
If you have any overdue invoices, the 5% discount will be removed on the 27th.
