Parties: Bacon Work, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Bacon"), and the individual ("Worker") applying to full-time jobs via the Bacon Platform.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By applying for full-time positions through the Bacon Platform, Worker agrees to these Terms.
2. PLATFORM USAGE
Applying to positions on the Platform does not guarantee employment, interviews, communication, or job offers.
3. DATA SHARING CONSENT
Worker consents explicitly to Bacon sharing their profile information and Bacon statistics with potential employers.
4. ACCURATE INFORMATION
Worker is obligated to provide accurate, truthful, and updated personal and professional information within their Platform profile.
5. NO EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP
Bacon is not the Worker’s employer and does not assume any responsibilities or liabilities related to employment relationships established through the Platform.
6. PROHIBITED USES
Workers must use the Platform exclusively for legitimate job application purposes. Prohibited activities include unauthorized solicitation, recruitment for third parties, data scraping, harassment of employers or other candidates, or violating applicable laws.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND NO WARRANTY
Bacon provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and disclaims all warranties regarding employment outcomes, Platform functionality, and candidate experiences. Bacon shall not be liable for Worker interactions or employment outcomes.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled via binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Utah, and Utah law shall govern these Terms. Class actions and jury trials are expressly waived.
9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Electronic Communication: Worker consents to receiving electronic notifications and communications from Bacon regarding Platform use.
Modification: Bacon may modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of any modifications.
By using the Bacon Platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
