We make temp work respectable and reliable by holding businesses and workers accountable to one another. Our app allows them to choose one another based on ratings, reviews, and performance. Businesses can post one or multiple shifts on the Bacon app while workers can apply for these shifts and work when it fits their schedule.

Worker Success Specialists support workers on the app through email, phone, and occasionally in-person. The work you will do in this position is essential to the success of our company and will pave the way for future growth.

This role requires a dogged determination to help workers and clients solve their problems. Workers on our app are the most valuable part of the company and you are their primary point of contact. In this role you will be helping them learn how to use the app, training them on our practices and policies, and answering any questions they might have. We are looking for a "people person" who loves to help. Workers come from diverse backgrounds and being curious about their experience can be one of the most rewarding parts of the job. No two situations are exactly the same, so being a creative problem solver will also serve you well. 

This position is a full-time role. This position is office-based and is not available for remote work. You will be required to work 8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday at the Bacon office in Provo.

Job starts at $20-22/hour.

Fluency in the Spanish language is highly preferred.


- Engage new workers on the Bacon platform when they create a profile

- Make phone calls to the workers to help troubleshoot during the onboarding phase 

- Work closely with new workers on the platform to onboard them and support their learning

- Assist with other tasks or projects as requested

- Work with other team members to create systems and processes to improve the worker experience

Preferred Skills

- Strong communicator

- (Preferred) 4 years of customer service experience

- Strong problem solver

- Ability to use positive language, even in frustrating circumstances

- Willingness to learn and have patience with workers

- Comfortable with technology: you will use several different platforms to complete your open cases

- Proficiency in Spanish and English is highly preferred for this role
