Businesses can post one or multiple shifts on the Bacon app while workers can apply for these shifts and work when it fits their schedule.

job description

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the marketing team and other departments to launch marketing efforts in new markets, acquire workers, and attract clients. The Marketing Manager will be engaged in the strategy, execution, and optimization of Bacon’s marketing campaigns that encourage app downloads, increase user activity, and promote our service to businesses. This individual will fill a data-driven, yet creative role that will be a hybrid of strategy and creativity.


  • Provide value and insight in all marketing efforts--from developing strategy, producing creative, and analyzing performance
  • Innovate new strategies for acquiring leads in target verticals using a combination of paid and organic digital marketing, as well as through traditional marketing
  • Assist in the creative development and execution of Bacon’s marketing campaigns
  • Assist in the development of a content repository--including blogs, case studies, social media posts, and more
  • Analyze content and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions around where to invest marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to concept and execute marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality


  • Capable to take initiative gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to make data-driven decisions that impact marketing performance
  • Ability to strategize around creative & copy
  • Copywriting to drive performance on social media and email marketing campaigns
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, TikTok) to hit performance targets
  • Understanding of Google Analytics
  • Ability to develop and execute search engine optimization strategies and own website content
  • Knowledge of excel is a plus
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
