We make temp work respectable and reliable by holding businesses and workers accountable to one another. Our app allows them to choose one another based on ratings, reviews, and performance. Businesses can post one or multiple shifts on the Bacon app while workers can apply for these shifts and work when it fits their schedule.

job description

This position will be pivotal in helping achieve our high-growth goals on the sales team. You will be responsible for generating new prospects via cold and warm outreach. Being the first impression for most people you get to set the tone of their experience with Bacon. Successful Sales Development Representatives (SDR) will be comfortable initiating conversations with new people via the phone, be empathetic, a quick learner, and be very comfortable with technology.

  • Identify new targets and industries that need temp help to prospect
  • Outbound efforts including: Phone, Email, and Video Messages
  • Represent our company and offering to new prospects to identify need/fit and schedule meeting for additional conversations

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Quick learner
  • Digital fluency
  • Proven problem-solving and objection handling skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within the sales organization
