job description

We are seeking an Account Executive for our Inside Sales team. Participating in a high-growth sales team to lead efforts in an assigned territory. A successful AE will be self motivated, someone who enjoys a startup environment with the opportunity to contribute in more ways than hitting quota (messaging, strategy, processes, etc.)The industries that have utilized Bacon the most and that are a natural fit are: warehouse fulfillment & manufacturing, hospitality/ catering/ events, landscaping, construction, and janitorial. However, we partner with many other types of companies that are in need of professional and reliable temp help.

responsibilities

  • Identify new targets and industries that need temp help to prospect
  • Outbound efforts including: Phone, Email, and Video Messages
  • Represent our company and offering to new prospects to identify need/fit and schedule meeting for additional conversations
  • Meet with prospects throughout the territory to present the Bacon solution
  • Manage an active pipeline, closing and progressing prospect - conversations and continually prospecting for new pipeline
  • Coordinate across teams to fully service clients
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client service activity in CRM and other sales tools

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Quick learner
  • Digital fluency
  • Proven problem-solving and objection handling skills
  • Proven track record as an SDR (or similar)
