Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, self-directed, and highly organized individual comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to oversee the smooth operation of the corporate office and to provide direct support to senior-level executives. Bacon is a dynamic, innovative tech start-up company on a mission to make temp work professional and respectable and utilizes a gig-work app to facilitate more efficient and flexible matching of local employer needs with temp worker availability and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients
  • Share best practices and educate clients
  • Build and maintain lasting customer relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
  • Aid clients in achieving their goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive customer success
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the client experience

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • Professional, outgoing, and possess the ability and confidence to communicate clearly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Project management experience
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
  • Display that Hustle-and-Shine attitude!

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
