Education and Experience

• Previous work in manufacturing helpful.
  
• Must successfully complete the required training in the allotted time.
• Speak, understand, and implement actions in English.

Job Requirements

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
  
• Ability to follow directions of 3form employees.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety procedures pertaining to basic manufacturing equipment.
• Elementary mathematical aptitude (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• For safety and business purposes, must have communication skills including reading and writing. Must be able to communicate to others, as well as be able to receive communication from others.
• Must be able to wear appropriate PPE which may include; Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Protective Clothing, and Respiratory protection.
• Must Wear Safety Toe Shoes that meet ASTM F2413-18 standards as required

Job Requirements

• Must be able to work on your feet including standing on your feet, climbing ladders and stairs, for the entire length of the shift, which are up to 10 hours.
  
• Must be able to work in and around equipment, which includes climbing, bending, stooping, standing, walking, twisting, kneeling, and reaching.
• Must be able to see / hear to visually and audibly acknowledge alarms, forklift traffic, perform quality inspections, and equipment inspection.
• Must be able to sustain repetitive movement of the upper and lower extremities with varying degrees of force.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Must be able to push, pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, including moving pallets, carts, glass/plastic sheets, and boxes using a hand truck or other similar equipment.
