After posting your shift, thousands of Bacon Workers will be alerted of your new shift posting. As Bacon Workers apply to your shift, view the list of applicants and select the workers you want.
Once the shift is completed, give the workers a star rating and confirm their pay. That's it.
To recruit and vet the best workers, we use a 5-star rating system. Every Bacon worker has a profile with a bio, picture, work experience, and even employer reviews/ratings from previous shifts that they have worked.
To ensure quality workers, there are penalties in-place for no-shows and poor performances.
